Freetown, 3rd July 2026 -The ongoing fraud-related case involving defendants Admire and Dausy has been adjourned to 9th July 2026 by Magistrate Mustapha Braima Jah.

During proceedings, Prosecutor Yusif Isaac Sesay informed the court that he had only recently accessed the case files and required additional time to review them thoroughly. He assured the bench of his determination to ensure a speedy conclusion of the matter and served the defence team with documents to be relied upon during trial.

Defence counsel Melron Nicol-Wilson consented to the prosecution’s request for adjournment and applied for bail on behalf of the defendants.

Magistrate Jah granted bail under strict conditions, including: Property surety valued at US$500,000, surrender of property conveyance documents and passports and the prohibition from using social media, with bail subject to immediate revocation if breached.

The court subsequently adjourned the matter to 9th July 2026 for continuation of proceedings.
