Freetown, 14th April, 2026 – Narnia Educational Group has successfully graduated eight university students from its Creative Writing and Content Creation Internship program, as part of its ongoing efforts to nurture talent and raise confident leaders.
The organization provides training and enrichment skills for caregivers, students, teachers, and schools, designed the internship to equip participants with practical and professional skills relevant to the global job market.
According to the founder, Ariana Aluwole, the initiative aims to strengthen the professional capacity of young people and prepare them for competitive work environments.
“This internship is more than just training; it is an opportunity to shape young minds and prepare them to face the real world with confidence, skills, and purpose,” she said.
Since its establishment in 2015, Narnia Educational Group has continued to empower young people through similar programs, targeting both formal and informal sectors. The initiative also seeks to address the high rate of school dropouts by providing training in caregiving, business, food and nutrition, while contributing to sustainable development and reducing unemployment.
The latest group of participants, referred to as the “Diamond Cohort,” has been described by the founder as a set of promising young individuals equipped to excel in various professional spaces.
The six-month internship has already made a significant impact on the participants. One of the graduates, Rugiatu Barrie, noted that the experience broadened her perspective and enhanced her readiness for the professional world.
“The training has opened my eyes and prepared me to add value in my career,” she said.
Despite the challenges involved in organizing the program, Aluwole emphasized the importance of continued support and called on stakeholders to provide visibility and champion the initiative.
