Freetown, 26th May 2026- Orange Sierra Leone was proud to participate in the 7th Consumer Parliament hosted by NATCA on 22nd May 2026. Held at the Kenema City Council Hall, the event brought together consumers, regulators, Members of Parliament, telecommunications service providers, consumer protection agencies, and key industry stakeholders to engage on issues affecting customers and the telecommunications sector.
The event was attended by the Leader of Government Business, Hon. Mathew Sahr Nyuma, while the keynote address was delivered by the Minister of Communication, Technology and Innovation, Hon. Salima Monorma Bah. Also in attendance were the Director General of the National Communications Authority, Amara Brewah, and senior executive members of OSL, including Alpha Bundu, who delivered a statement on behalf of the CEO, Madam Aicha Touré.
The Consumer Parliament provided a valuable platform for open dialogue, feedback, and collaboration focused on improving the quality of service, customer experience, strengthening consumer protection, and advancing digital inclusion across Sierra Leone.
