Freetown, 19th September, 2026- The Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) has issued a formal notice cautioning its executives, members, supporters, and the wider public against engaging in any business or political activities with Hon. Alhaji Musa Tarawally under the name or authority of the Party.

In the statement, the SLPP stressed that no executive, member, or supporter is authorised to transact, negotiate, or represent the Party in dealings with Mr. Tarawally unless expressly cleared by the Party’s leadership. The directive extends to businesses, companies, development partners, and organisations, warning them not to enter into financial, contractual, or political arrangements with Mr. Tarawally on the purported authority of the SLPP.

The Party emphasised that any individual or entity engaging with Mr Tarawally while claiming to represent the SLPP does so without authorisation. Stakeholders are therefore urged to verify directly with the Party’s leadership before entering into any transaction or arrangement allegedly undertaken in its name.

According to the SLPP, the notice is intended to safeguard the integrity of the Party’s name, structures, and official engagements, and to prevent any unauthorised representation that could undermine its credibility.
