Freetown, 22nd May, 2026 – The All People’s Congress (APC) has released the official list of polling centers for the upcoming rerun ward elections, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and orderly conduct.
In a statement signed by National Secretary General Lansana Dumbuya, the party’s National Secretariat republished the locations across multiple districts, including Western Area Urban, Western Area Rural, Kenema, Moyamba, Pujehun, Kono, Falaba, Tonkolili, Bombali, Karene, Kambia, and Port Loko.
Key Locations Highlighted include:
- Western Area Urban: SLMB Primary School, Congo Water; Rokupa Yanka Kanu Street; Kulafa Rashidin Primary School, Thunder Hill.
- Kenema: Alkudu Primary School, Samai Town Kpayama.
- Moyamba: Bradford Community Center; Suen Primary School; ICS Primary School, Fakai Madina.
- Kono: Yengema; Wordu; Bankabaya; Masundu; Tefeya; Kansay.
- Falaba: Falaba Town; Sankarleya; Kerifaya; Bandakarifaya; Gbirimba; Kulai Town; Tireror.
- Bombali: Kamaranka Community Center; Makombu Community Centre; Kamoria Village Center; Turntable Court Barray.
- Karene: Korto Community Center; Kakamba Primary School; Kamalo Court Barray; RoshaKa Primary School, Kayorgbor.
- Kambia: Rogbaray; Kukuna Town; Mafaray & Bassia Town Primary School; Bamoi Luma Court Barray.
- Port Loko: Children’s Welfare School, Cimeck; Kagbathama Town; Songo Court Barray; Evangelical Primary School, Mile 38.
The Secretariat noted that some wards were marked for rerun on a proportional representation basis only, following decisions by the Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC), while others were listed as cancellations by the Independent Electoral Management Commission (IEMC).
The APC urged that any concerns, inquiries, or complaints arising from the publication be directed to the National Secretariat for guidance and administrative action.
