Freetown, December 1, 2025 – Chapter One VIP Night Club has reaffirmed its commitment to delivering a premium nightlife experience in Sierra Leone, announcing stricter enforcement of its dress code policy to preserve the venue’s upscale ambience.

Management says the policy is designed to ensure that guests enjoy a sophisticated environment that reflects the club’s reputation as a leading destination for luxury entertainment.

Under the guidelines, gentlemen are expected to wear smart casual or formal attire, including collared shirts, tailored trousers or dark jeans, and closed-toe shoes. Ladies are encouraged to opt for elegant dresses, chic tops with tailored pants, and polished footwear such as heels or fashionable flats.

Items explicitly prohibited include slippers, flip-flops, beachwear, athletic clothing, excessively distressed outfits, and sleeveless shirts for men.

“Style is personal, but maintaining elegance is essential to the Chapter One experience,” the statement from the club read. “We want our guests to feel free to express themselves while still contributing to the sophisticated atmosphere that makes our venue unique.”

The club emphasized that door staff will reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not meeting the standards, noting that the policy is part of its broader effort to guarantee safety, comfort, and exclusivity for patrons.

Chapter One VIP Night Club concluded by thanking the Ministry of Tourism and its partners for supporting Sierra Leone’s growing entertainment industry, pledging to continue setting the benchmark for luxury nightlife in the country.
